We spent 5 nights at the hotel for vacation, it’s not a deluxe hotel but warm and cozy, room is clean and the staff is very helpful especially Sam Chen at the front desk, we’re lucky meet him on the first day arrived, after knowing its our first time getting in Taiwan he provide us plenty of information on sightseeing, food and transportation, he is very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help which let you feel like a friend. If you are looking for a place which is convenience, local and comfy for a vacation, this is the place we would highly recommended and looking for Sam, you will not be disappointed.

Very nice hotel chain which I visit every time I am in Taipei but this is my first time leaving a feedback for a very helpful and kind staff who served me this trip. Ginny was warm and managed to get me a room when I walked in at an affordable rate. I didn't book in advance as I came from Hualien after the earthquake. She also remembered my request for a quiet room and managed to shift me into one at the same rate, but not directly outside the lifts. Really thankful for her hospitality.

This hotel never disappoints me! Coming back for another stay, I found it still maintaining its high standards. The staff are all very friendly, especially Sam, whose service made us feel right at home. We had a great time here, enjoying the comfortable rooms. The hotel's location is very convenient, with nearby attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants all within easy reach, making our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, choosing to come back here next time is definitely a smart choice!

I stayed here with a group of friends on 27 March to 31 March. This hotel is well located, rooms are pleasant and clean. Most importantly is the excellent service, which deserves our thumbs up! The staff will greet you whenever they see you and all are polite and welcoming. I would to like extend my gratitude to Ginny and Sam, who went to the extra mile and extended their help to recommend us the good food around the Hotel. After they learnt that one of my friends is a vegetarian, they listed down the vegetarian restaurants as well as the nearest MRT for the restaurants. In fact, this is my third time staying here and amazingly, they never failed to provide a wonderful experience!

It's my first time staying here, and definitely will return. Very friendly staff especially Sam, who is very helpful in providing good info and tips on places for meals, visiting etc. Will be my first choice to stay here again for my next visit.
